Kilt accessories are a collection of various items that complement and enhance the appearance of kilts, a traditional Scottish garment worn by men and women. These accessories are often seen as essential elements of a complete kilt outfit and include items such as belts, sporrans, hose, brogues, and jackets.

Belts are used to keep the kilt in place and are often made from leather or fabric. Sporrans, which are small pouches worn at the front of the kilt, are used to hold personal items such as wallets, keys, or phones. They come in various shapes, sizes, and materials, including fur, leather, or metal.

Hose, or kilt socks, are worn with garters just below the knee and come in different colors and patterns. Brogues, traditional Scottish shoes, are usually made from leather and feature decorative perforations. Jackets, such as the Prince Charlie or Argyll jacket, are worn over the kilt and complete the formal kilt outfit.

Other kilt accessories may include kilt pins, which are decorative brooches worn on the front apron of the kilt to add a touch of elegance, and sgian-dubh, a small, single-edged knife worn in a sheath tucked into the top of the kilt hose.
